• If you require any further information regarding services provided or responsibilities, please contact us.
• Please advise us on how long your NDIS plan has left to run and the available funding in your plan, as this may alter the frequency of your treatment.

Invoices are sent to either:

• Self managed:  NDIS consumers can pay directly and then get reimbursed by NDIA.
• Plan managed: Nominated Plan Manager
